Job Description Material Asset Manager Washington, DC | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote) | 10% Travel | Full-Time Position Overview: Crown Innovations is seeking an experienced Material Asset Manager to support asset accountability, inventory management, procurement coordination, and government property administration activities in support of FAA programs and organizational operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate custodial records for accountable and non-accountable personal property, facilities, equipment, and government-furnished property within the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Real Estate and Asset Management System (FRAMES). The selected candidate will coordinate asset acquisition, tracking, transfer, inventory, storage, and disposal activities while ensuring compliance with government regulations, contractual requirements, and organizational policies. The Material Asset Manager will also be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and optimizing centralized storage areas, ensuring efficient utilization of space, proper asset accountability, and inventory accuracy.
