Forklift Operator Shift: 3rd: Position Summary: You will be responsible for the safe, efficient operation of power industrial trucks to move stock, feed production lines, and manage finished goods. We are looking for a safety-conscious professional who takes pride in maintaining an organized warehouse and meeting production goals. Core Responsibilities: - Safety & Maintenance: Perform and document pre-shift safety inspections. Identify maintenance needs and submit work orders promptly to ensure equipment longevity. - Production Support: Deliver raw materials to machines safely and "just-in-time" to prevent downtime. Remove and stage finished goods efficiently. - Inventory Management: Maintain 100% accuracy in stock locations using both manual paperwork and computer systems. Ensure stacks are neat, orderly, and stable. - Operational Excellence: Maximize equipment utilization by operating at target capacity while adhering to the daily production schedule. - Collaboration: Provide backup support for the Shipping Lead and assist fellow operators to ensure the entire shift meets its targets. - Reporting: Accurately track and report data regarding production, machine status, safety incid...
