Position: Human Resources Business Partner Location: Indianapolis, IN (ONSITE) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time) Who We Are: West Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Windows, and Doors. Purpose of Position: As a Human Resources Business Partner at West Shore Home, you will acts as the primary HR liaison for assigned locations, providing guidance on HR policies, workforce concerns, and employee life cycle support.
