This role will provide comprehensive support to the Board of Directors, Board Committees, and corporate governance requirements across our global subsidiary portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate governance, entity management, and board/committee administration within a global organization. The team is building out its entity management system, and the new team member will contribute to developing this tool.
