Balance Sheet Quality Manager Location: Bristol (Hybrid): Fixed Term for 9 months: In this position, you’ll be based in the Bristol office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. In 2026 we will be migrating our balance sheet reconciliations to the Fusion ARCS platform (Oracle). This role will support the final stages of the standardisation, quality control and optimisation of our balance sheet reconciliation process across the Group and evidence presentation. A role you will love: In this post you will support the Group and Regional Financial Controller as well as the Interim Balance Sheet Accounting Manager by performing quality checks on global balance sheet reconciliations performed and reviewed by the relevant teams.
