Job Description Do you want to play a key role in shaping the LEGO Group’s global approach to Human Rights & ESG Compliance as part of the Corporate Sustainability team? Join us to help define the strategic direction for ESG compliance, ensuring we are well-positioned to meet evolving regulatory requirements while enabling the business to implement effectively. Core Responsibilities: Set the direction for ESG compliance by partnering with Legal, Governance & Public Affairs and other key partners to identify, interpret, and assess emerging ESG due diligence and human rights regulations Translate regulation into frameworks and guidance by developing enterprise-wide compliance roadmaps, policies, and governance structures in line with our human rights and sustainability strategy that enable business units to implement requirements effectively Orchestrate key ESG compliance roadmaps (such as Forced Labour regulations and EU Deforestation Regulations) overseeing progress, risks, and reporting – while mobilizing implementation and ensuring clear accountability sits within the business Act as a trusted advisor to the...
