WHS Manager Location: Central Queensland (Bowen Basin): Roster: 5:2 FIFO or DIDO: Segment: Energy & Resources: We’re seeking an operationally experienced Work, Health and Safety Manager to partner closely with the Key Account Director and account management team to deliver practical, effective safety outcomes while enhancing frontline leadership capability across a portfolio of Resources Villages for a key client in the Central Highlands region of Queensland . This site-based role offers a meaningful opportunity to drive a strong safety culture across multiple sites across catering, cleaning, and village services. You will also oversee the implementation of the ISS HSE Management System, ensuring robust monitoring, auditing, and reporting processes are in place to effectively manage WHS risks and continuously improve performance. This Full Time opportunity is offered on a 5 day on, 2 day off roster with FIFO from Brisbane or DIDO for a local candidate in the Bowen Basin region Blackwater, Emerald, Dysart or Moranbah – 1 to 2 hour drive Rockhampton, Mackay or Gladstone) – 3 to 4.5 hour drive.
