Job description

SUMMARY: Responsible for performing all duties related to the daily operations of onsite warehousing, which include Receiving, Shipping, Order Picking, Materials Management and Housekeeping. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following is a list of minimum responsibilities related to the Warehouse I position. Other duties may also be assigned. Coordinates and verifies all finished good shipments are staged, labeled, counted, and 100% inspected prior to loading and shipping products. Prepares and completes paperwork and labeling of products in accordance with customer requirements and company SOP for the shipment of finished goods. Reports any inventory discrepancies or damages to supervisor / management immediately upon shipping of products. Uses Radio Frequency (R.F.) gun and material management systems QAD to ship finished goods at time of shipment. Ensures all temperature-controlled products are shipped based upon customer requirements, which may include the use of various temperature and GPS tracking devices.
