We are looking for our next Plant Manager within one of our pharmaceutical excipient production facilities. The Plant Manager will be responsible for site personnel, legal compliancy of assets, community relations, and achievement of business and corporate goals. The role provides strategic direction across all site functions, supports and establishes a productive culture, and is a key member of the business operations leadership team. This position is located in Newark, DE. Compensation: The current salary range for this role is estimated to be $173,000 - $234,000. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation.
