Description Position Summary: The Regional EHSS Manager is responsible for leading and implementing environmental, health, safety, and security programs across assigned locations. This role ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations—including DOT, OSHA, and EPA—and drives a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence. The EHSS Manager partners with operations, terminal, and distribution center leadership to proactively identify risks, improve driver and employee performance, and reduce at-risk behaviors. This role partners closely with corporate, divisional, and site leadership to embed a culture of accountability, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement across all business lines — including terminals, warehouses, maintenance facilities, and transportation operations.
