Job Description: The Logistics Operations Supervisor will be responsible for the daily flow of work or of a specific segment, such as route launch, will have input and assist in driver negotiations but under the authority/oversight of a Terminal Manager. Conducts driver negotiations and enter into tentative agreements but will not implement them without the direct approval/oversight of a Terminal Manager, or Regional Director as appropriate.
