LOCATION: Pier Walk, London SHIFT PATTERN: Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week SALARY: Competitive: ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE: To support the strategic and operational management of the Waymo portfolio, ensuring the effective dayto-day delivery of integrated facilities management services under ABM’s Performance Solutions (APS) model across multiple locations. The role provides leadership and coordination across multiple service lines, ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality service delivery, whilst contributing to financial and operational performance, continuous improvement and contract retention. The role operates within defined operational and commercial frameworks, with overall accountability retained at Account Director level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across the Waymo portfolio in line with ABM’s Performance Solutions (APS) model, ensuring consistent, compliant and high-quality service across multiple locations and service lines.
