SRE & Service Management lead

Role Profile Infrastructure Platform engineering (IPE), part of the LSEG Infrastructure & Cloud organisation, are searching for a senior manager to drive Site Reliability (SRE)/ Service management and a professional, with a continuous improvement & proactive approach to service operations working closely with our business areas and across the production infrastructure environment. As part of the site reliability senior manager accountabilities, we are looking for someone with an experience of building SRE practices across the infrastructure, a strong background in DevOps practices – CI/CD pipeline builds and tools with a focus on GitLab, Terraform, Ansible & broader automation, observability implementation skills at scale. This role will play a crucial role in our technology team, contributing to the development, deployment, and maintenance of our infrastructure. IPE operates globally with around 600 people in functionally aligned teams across Data Centres, Storage, Platforms, Database, Middleware and the Virtualized Private Cloud.
