Description Position Title: Lead Case Manager: Program: Alternatives to Incarceration (Recovery Bridge Center) Classification: Non-exempt, Full Time: Salary: $25-$29 per hour, depending on experience Summary and Range of Authority: Under the supervision of the Assistant Vice President, the Lead Case Manager conducts outreach, case management, crisis intervention, and system navigation for participants accessing services at the Recovery Bridge Center.
