Key Position Functions: - Work closely with the Project Engineering Team providing technical and design support to determine the best solutions to specific customer needs. - Support new product line design and development. - Execute on all customer orders. - Review product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, industry standards, customer requirements and related specifications. - Provide necessary calculations required on new and existing products. - Provide engineering production support to machining, welding, assembly and other departments. - Provide technical support for field service, the customer, sales and manufacturing. - Together with the quality department, troubleshoot quality issues as it pertains to material rejects, material review, warrantee issues and custom engineering requirements. - Develop, write and implement production procedures as it pertains to the support of engineering functions. - Provide guidance to junior engineers and technical staff on technical issues, corporate policies, project management, and d...
