Senior Software Engineer

Job description

Position Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer, you are responsible for driving the design, development, and scalability of our Third Party Risk Management (SaaS) platform built on Laravel (PHP). You play a key role in building new features and complex product capabilities, while ensuring high standards in performance, reliability, security, and maintainability. In this role, you’ll lead by example, owning services end-to-end from development to deployment and monitoring, driving architectural discussions, and mentoring others across the team. You’ll combine hands-on development with technical leadership; contributing to architectural direction, mentoring engineers, and continuously improving engineering practices. We’re looking for someone who is not only passionate about building great software, but also excited to explore how AI can unlock faster ways of working for themselves and their teammates.
