Position: Manager, Central Processing Operations Department: Central Processing: Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours, Rotating: POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Operations Director of Sterile Processing, the Central Processing Manager maintains 24-hour operational responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating all clinical and management activities of the Central Processing Department. This role provides leadership and direction in accordance with organizational and departmental philosophy and goals, with a focus on customer relationship management for owned clinics and affiliated community health centers (CHCs). The Manager collaborates with area leaders to assess and respond to customer servicing needs across the network and serves as cross-coverage support for departmental leadership as operationally required. EDUCATION: Associates Degree or higher required, bachelor's degree preferred.
