The Role As a Specialist Coach, you lead higher-skill sessions in your area of expertise (soccer) while supporting broader programming when needed. You raise the bar for athletes who want to improve — without losing sight of safety, fundamentals, or age-appropriate coaching. You are expected to be technically strong and adaptable. What You’re Responsible For (Outcomes, Not Tasks) 1. Specialty instruction 2. Athlete confidence & improvement 3. Safety & professionalism 4.
