Recruiter: Luke Byrne Career Grade: D: Internal Closing Date: 25th May 2026 Locations: Birmingham or London: About the role: The role is is a senior designer within the DNS team which is responsible for the design of networks supporting both our broadband services and mobile services. This role is the overall design authority for DNS solutions across BT’s, EE’s and Plusnet’s broadband and mobile services. The role holder is responsible for complex design and working with wider BT teams to create new products and services, maintain and improve customer experience, simplify and consolidate our DNS functions and deliver strategic transformation using cloud technologies and agile methodologies. You will also be expected to share your expertise and learning with other teams, offering consultancy to spread transformational “wins” within your team to other teams in the organization.
