As a Business Development Executive – Air Freight , you are a key growth driver for our strategic Air and LCL products. In this front-line commercial role, you actively generate new business, develop critical trade lanes, and deliver volumes that optimize asset utilization. You will win new customers, build long-term relationships, and ensure a smooth onboarding into our solutions—directly contributing to sustainable growth and the success of our core markets. This role is open from different locations: Hamburg, Hannover, Frankfurt, Munich, Dusseldorf, Munster/Osnabrück . Your Responsibilities: Identify and win new customers with regular Air and LCL volumes Build a strong pipeline through proactive lead generation using sales tools, networks, and market insights Leverage relevant value propositions to sell tailored Air/LCL solutions Prepare spot quotes and support larger RFQ opportunities Collaborate closely with local product teams to ensure competitive pricing and volume growth Successfully onboard new accounts and accelerate volume conversion Cross-sell and upsell complementary services such as Customs and Haulage Drive new business on strategic trade lanes aligned with asset op...
