As a Back Server, you’ll uphold the highest standards of excellence by ensuring every piece of glassware, flatware, and chinaware is spotless and show-ready. This role is perfect if you have at least a year of experience and thrive in a high-energy, sophisticated environment where cleanliness and precision are the headliners. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness for glassware, flatware, chinaware, and all miscellaneous cooking tools. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and glassware (both by hand and automated machine). Ensure food preparation areas are clean and sanitary. a Upholds cleanliness standards for kitchen operations, equipment, and tools. Maintains safe and sanitary work environment. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and at least 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
