Job Description Overview: AtkinsRéalis is looking for a motivated Senior Project Engineer within the Orlando, Florida area to build and manage high-performing CEI teams, ensuring project excellence, and expanding our portfolio in Central Florida. Successful CEI experience with FDOT and CFX projects is required. Your role: Lead and manage complex CEI projects, ensuring full compliance with FDOT standards and specifications. Build, mentor, and oversee multidisciplinary CEI teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence. Direct specialized construction engineering administration and inspection programs. Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, construction schedules, and cost estimates. Serve as the primary liaison with FDOT representatives, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve project challenges and ensure client satisfaction. Pursue new CEI opportunities with FDOT, including proposal development, marketing, and strategic business development.
