Job description

The Legal Counsel is responsible for legal strategies and policies, contracts, and related forms to support and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Day-to-day legal activities and negotiations. - Providing legal and contractual support for ECE business under L&C supervision. End-to-end legal and contract support with ECE Customers, Partners, and Vendors, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts - Support all requests and work on various projects relating to contractual activities with the Procurement team. Leverage contract performance, expiry pipelines, and market intelligence to identify consolidation, value optimization, and sourcing opportunities. - Ensure contracts and supplier engagements adhere to data protection and privacy requirements, including GDPR, confidentiality obligations, and cross-border data transfer controls.
