Job description

- Lead the firm’s internal communications strategy to ensure timely, clear, and consistent messaging across the organization - Advise senior leaders on internal communications for firmwide announcements and partner closely with Human Resources to support the firm’s employee engagement, talent acquisition and philanthropic objectives - Own and oversee content strategy, governance, and editorial standards for the new corporate intranet - Drive increased engagement and usability across internal channels through modern content, design, and digital best practices - Support communications around sensitive issues and reputational matters in close coordination with internal partners - Manage measurement and analysis of the firm's internal communications activities - Provide support to broader corporate initiatives as part of high performing integrated communications and marketing function - Bachelor’s Degree required (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred) - 5-10 years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on internal communications, ideally within financial services or capital markets - Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to...
