Associate General Counsel

Job description

The Associate General Counsel will report directly to ICANN’s Deputy General Counsel responsible for performing organization-wide legal duties and carrying out responsibilities in the following areas (including, but not limited to): litigation and alternative dispute resolution, internal legal services and advice, and support for Board of Directors. In particular, the Associate General counsel responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: helping develop litigation and alternative dispute resolution strategy and managing all related activities including oversight of outside counsel, legal support and advice to management and other internal clients, legal support and/or subject matter expertise provided to various Board committees and the Board, including attending meetings and making presentations as needed.
