Job description

The Product Manager is responsible for driving innovation and continuous improvement within the client's B2C/B2B channels. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the Product Manager will lead the execution of a roadmap of features and experiences that exceed customer expectations and meet business objectives. You're a collaborator who can work closely among developers, UX designers, marketers, analytics teams and operations leaders. You'll be the subject matter expert for some of Client's key digital customer channels and you'll be recognized as a fierce advocate for putting the customer at the center of everything we do. In this role you will: Understand and evangelize the vision, strategic priorities and goals of the organization, translating them into a roadmap of features and enhancements that provide remarkable customer experiences. Contribute to successful, continuous and on time delivery of product roadmaps, by identifying risks and developing and recommending mitigation strategies.
