We are seeking a passionate, purpose-driven Director to join our YMCA Windsor Outside School Hours Care service on a full-time basis. As the Director, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight, ensuring high-quality programs, strong compliance and a safe, inclusive environment for children. You will lead the service through your leadership team while building strong partnerships with families, schools and the community.
