Department WMH CATH LAB - 257041: Worker Sub Type Regular Work Shift First Shift (United States of America) Pay Grade Job Description: Work Schedule > Monday - Friday, 730-400. No on call, no weekends, no holidays. The Cardiac Cath Lab Tech functions as an essential team member in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. Duties include but are not limited to scrubbing to assist the MD, circulating for supplies to assist the procedure or monitoring the patient's hemodynamic status during the procedure. Education: Graduate of accredited two (2) year Allied Health training program preferred. College level anatomy & physiology required. Experience: Three years patient care experience preferred. Training or working experience in an invasive cardiovascular environment preferred. Certification & Licensure: Acquire Cardiac Interventional (CI) Radiography certification or a CVT with Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification within 2 years of employment.
