Description CNC Programmer Responsibility to function as a CNC Programmer: Ensure full compliance with the employee handbook, all IATF 16949 requirements, PPE policies and 5s principles. Develop and maintain a complete understanding of all production-related jobs, production requirements, standard work, and other tasks which may be instructed to perform by your supervisor. Support a positive, collaborative team environment by prioritizing team success over individual interests and helping build morale, commitment, and alignment toward shared goals and objectives.
