POSITION SUMMARY: The Managing Director is responsible for driving the company’s strategic vision and operational excellence across Engineering, Design and Fabrication departments. This role leads cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, achievement of short- & long-term financial goals, oversees manufacturing and financial operations, while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Strategic Leadership: - Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision and long-term growth plans. - Lead cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives. - Support new market opportunities and oversee product development initiatives.
