This position is on-site and located in Silver Peak, NV. The role will have split responsibilities in both an office setting and in the manufacturing plant. What You Will Do: - Monitor process and equipment conditions and troubleshoot upsets. - Help optimize process to maximize OEE - Provide technical reports to Production Supervisor - Define, measure, and maintain KPI's - Coordinate maintenance activities and schedule - Develop and lead operator training sessions - Assist other departments (engineering, safety, maintenance, etc.) as directed - Write energy isolation plans for LOTO - Uphold all applicable safety standards - Developing and execute small to moderate scale continuous improvement projects. - Provide coverage for operators on a limit...
