Job Summary: Responsible for assessing, formulating plan of care, implementing and evaluating nursing care for patient population requiring vascular access placed by Nursing Specialty Services. Is a leader and collaborates with the healthcare tam to promote a world class environment. Serves as a resource person for maintaining and troubleshooting vascular access devices.
