Senior Compliance Manager

Job description

Description: The Compliance Manager role will report to the Sr. Director, Compliance Operations and will be instrumental in ensuring that the Compliance function's several operations are successfully carried out and, where necessary, enhanced. The person in this role will manage key compliance programs, including but not limited to advisory operations to support business initiatives, training, third party due diligence, monitoring and risk, state and federal transparency reporting, and overall management of the Compliance Team's operational objectives. This person will also be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements in effectiveness and efficiency of compliance function operations.
