Company Description About the Role: The purpose of this role is to provide advice, guidance, coaching and support to Petbarn General Managers, Area Managers and field teams across all areas of performance management, employee relations and people processes. You will play a key role in enabling a positive team member and leader experience, supported by our HR technology stack, including SAP SuccessFactors. This includes supporting leaders to effectively use the system, as well as contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, workforce insights and people programs that enhance the overall team member experience. Job Description: What You’ll Be Doing: - Partner with retail leaders to provide timely, practical and solution-focused HR and employment relations advice - Advising Area Managers and Store Managers on all employee relations matters end-to-end, including performance management, misconduct, grievances and disciplinary processes - Operate effectively in a high-volume environment, managing competing priorities and responding to urgent matters - Take ownership of employee lifecycle transactions within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy, compliance and data integrity - Pre...
