Job Description Summary The Wind Global Investigation and Learning and Emergency Response Lead is responsible for supporting EHS specifically in the areas of event reporting, investigation, and learning activities including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and 5 why methodologies. Additionally, the role will support basic business continuity and emergency/event response programs. The role will report to the Wind Global Operations and Center of Excellence EHS Leader and will be responsible for driving excellence across the organization regarding developing consistent and standard event learning and emergency response programs and expectations. This position will also be partnering cross functionally, with both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure all aspects of event learning and emergency response safety programs are both implemented and actively utilized to drive sustainable improvement both in the Wind organization and GE Vernova.
