Position Summary ECS is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Senior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program. The selected candidate will play a critical role in analyzing enterprise systems and operational workflows to ensure that training content accurately reflects system functionality and user requirements. This position requires close collaboration with product owners, system engineers, and operational stakeholders to translate software updates into functional training requirements. The Business Systems Analyst - Senior will ensure that training materials are aligned with production environments, maintaining operational relevance and accuracy within the broader enterprise program.
