Board-Certified Veterinary Internist- Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine of Rowan University Service Development Focus | Academic Clinical Teaching Hospital Work type: Regular Full-Time of Part-Time Location: Glassboro, New Jersey: Categories: School of Veterinary Medicine: Position Summary: This role is ideally suited for an innovative and collaborative internist who is excited by the opportunity to develop a high-quality, referral-based internal medicine service that reflects best practices and the evolving needs of the surrounding veterinary referral community. The initial emphasis of the position will be on service development, caseload growth, and relationship-building with regional referring veterinarians, as well as close collaboration with specialty and primary care services. As the service matures, the role will evolve into a clinical teaching position, incorporating didactic instruction, clinical mentorship, and active participation in the veterinary curriculum, with a strong emphasis on diagnostic excellence, longitudinal case management, and interdisciplinary care.
