Retirement Plan Educator

Job description

The Retirement Plan Educator is responsible for delivering high ‑ quality retirement education to plan sponsors and plan participants through in ‑ person, virtual, and individual meetings. This role serves as a key point of contact for participant engagement, helping individuals understand their retirement plans, investment options, and available financial resources while maintaining strict adherence to fiduciary, regulatory, and institutional standards. In addition, this position proactively supports business development efforts by strengthening customer relationships and identifying opportunities to expand services. This includes cross-selling and referring additional bank products and services, particularly participant rollover opportunities, while consistently upholding fiduciary responsibilities. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders, contributes to action groups and committees, and may provide guidance to less experienced team members.
