Who Were Looking For: We're looking for a social-native video editor/ creator who lives on social media (TikTok and Reels), understands Gen Z culture, and instinctively gets the tone, pacing, and hooks behind content that performs. You're not an execution-only editor — you understand client strategy well enough to independently decide which edits to make, how to frame them, and why theyll work . You can review interviews, face-to-camera content, podcasts, or archival footage and determine which moments should become edits without being given clip-by-clip instructions . You experiment with trends, understand what hooks an audience, and know how to make content feel fresh, relevant, and platform-native.
