About the role: The Performance Marketing Manager will own DTC growth across Paid Media and Partnership channels, with a strong focus on efficient customer acquisition, incremental revenue generation, and full-funnel optimisation. This role will lead performance across PPC, Paid Social, and Affiliate marketing, working closely with creative, eCommerce, and external agency partners to scale acquisition while improving overall marketing efficiency.
