Job DetailsJob Location: Lebanon, NH 03766Position Type: Full TimePosition Overview: The Meat Cutter Apprentice is a structured, entry-level training role designed to develop the skills, knowledge, and experience required to become a fully proficient Meat Cutter. Over the course of a one-year apprenticeship, the apprentice will receive hands-on training, formal feedback, and progressive skill development under the guidance of the Meat Manager and experienced team members. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: (not an exhaustive list) Assist in preparing, cutting, trimming, and packaging meat products according to department standards Learn and apply proper knife handling, cutting techniques, and safe operation of equipment Support product merchandising by stocking, rotating, and maintaining visually appealing displays Ensure all products are properly labeled, priced, and meet quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment: Clean cases, shelves, bins, tables, coolers, and floors on a regular schedule Follow strict sanitation practices, including frequent handwashing and use of protective gloves Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures...
