Title: Assistant Women's Flag Football Coach Job Summary: This position will prepare students to compete in the NJCAA and Tennessee Community College Athletic Association, is responsible for player development and assisting the head coach with team practice, all game preparations, and travel. Job Duties: - Establishes a competitive and student-centered program aligned with the mission and values of Jackson State Community College Athletics - Recruit prospective student-athletes to participate in flag football, and ensure compliance with both national and college policies. - Instructs and teaches the fundamentals of flag football techniques and strategies to prepare for competition - Travel planning/ Transportation coordinator and driver - Equipment and facilities maintenance - Performs additional duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Knowledge of flag football fundamentals and basic coaching principles - Previous playing and/or coaching experience in flag or tackle football - Ability to assist with recruiting efforts and engage with prospective student-athletes - Strong communication and organizational skills - Commitment to supporting stu...
