About the Role: The Premise Manager role partners with the Market Manager in planning and delivering the HEINEKEN USA annual business objectives for distributor partners, to include the attainment of volume, distribution, brand visibility and activation objectives for the HEINEKEN USA portfolio in the assigned channels or geographies. The Premise Manager must build high-quality business relationships with key retail accounts, and influential distributor personnel based in the creation of mutual value. Additionally, the Premise Manager will lead the execution of high-quality consumer engagement and experiences for our brands by delivering best in class programming within targeted on or off premise accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze market data to identify opportunities and develop proactive market execution plans for assigned distributors and Specialists to achieve HEINEKEN USA objectives. - Manage the performance of all assigned distributors to drive attainment of total market goals. - Set execution priorities and expectations for assigned Specialist and manage the performance of assigned Specialists to drive attainment of individual objectives and total market goals. - Prov...
