Job description

Vall d’Hebron Hospital, within the framework of the Health Services Research Group, is seeking a Health Services Analyst to analyse, interpret and support the dissemination and publication of data related to healthcare management interventions. Main responsibilities and duties: Identify available data sources and generate actionable insights to support structural or management changes. Perform statistical analyses and interpret results to support the continuous improvement of hospital management indicators. Search for scientific evidence and contribute to discussions on studies focused on improving healthcare activity. Participate in the production of scientific articles demonstrating the impact of continuous improvement strategies and implemented strategic projects. Prepare scientific communications on the results derived from the implementation of new programmes or organisational models. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, preferably in Health Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields. Desirable: Master’s degree in Data Analytics or Data Science.
