Location: Bella Vista, Sydney Shift: Fixed Day Shift – 6:00am to 2:30pm (Monday to Friday) Let’s Talk About the Role: The Production Team Leader plays a critical role within the Production & Assembly function, responsible for leading large manufacturing teams to safely manufacture, assemble, test, and pack products in line with business demand. This role focuses strongly on people leadership , safety , quality , and performance , while operating in a fast‑paced, GMP‑regulated manufacturing environment. You will provide hands‑on leadership across multiple production lines, ensuring production schedules and KPIs are consistently achieved, while maintaining full compliance with Quality, OH&S, GMP, and regulatory requirements. Let’s Talk About Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day‑to‑day production operations to ensure output, quality, safety, and delivery targets are met.
