Job description

As the Senior Quality Engineer , you are a strategic owner of the company’s quality frameworks. This role is not about performing technical hardware investigation or component-level troubleshooting; rather, it is about process ownership, systemic accountability, and high-level coordination. You are responsible for the end-to-end design, execution, and continuous improvement of critical operational processes, ensuring that these activities continue to add value to our customers while preventing unnecessary bureaucracy. This is a high-visibility role requiring highly-developed communication skills and the ability to drive cross-functional accountability without direct formal authority. You are expected to identify systemic risks and inefficiencies, propose high-level solutions, and lead complex projects that scale with the company's growth.
