As O2E Brands continues to grow into a more complex, multi-product and partnership-driven business, the need for strong operational support across Legal and Finance is critical. The Legal Assistant will play a key role in supporting both functions — ensuring that legal processes move efficiently, financial and insurance-related workflows are well-managed, and the business can operate with speed and clarity. This role is approximately 50% Legal support and 50% Finance support. 🏢 HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT: Our motto "It's All About People" drives us to create a hybrid work model that promotes collaboration, celebration, and connection, while giving you the flexibility to work where it makes sense for you. - Vancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues–Thurs).
