As an Executive Director in Card Credit Risk Management - Installments in Card Credit Risk Management within Consumer and Community Banking , you will directly own the risk policy strategy and decision framework supporting Chase installment programs, ensuring strong performance, customer experience, and disciplined risk governance. You will lead the development and optimization of eligibility rules, segmentation strategies, and credit decision policies using data-driven insights and advanced analytics. You will collaborate closely with product, design, technology, finance, and execution teams to integrate solutions into production, monitor results, and continuously improve. You will also build and lead a team of analysts, fostering strong talent development and a “work smart first, hard second” culture.
