Summary: The Implementation Consultant supports the Professional Services team in delivering Encompass solutions aligned with customer goals. They collaborate with customer success, establish trust, and enhance product knowledge and onboarding methods. Key duties include configuring solutions, providing basic project management, coordinating activities, and resolving issues within Encompass. A successful consultant can configure solutions independently, specialize in specific solutions, implement add-ons, and effectively communicate with the services team.
