This position will report to the Value Stream Manager, will manage the production activities within their department, and will be responsible for overall performance of the manufacturing department including Production Schedule, Delivery performance, Resource planning, allocation and utilization, Quality and Safety Improvement. Responsibilities: Improving the Efficiency and Utilization of the Production Department Quality of the products built and effective resolution of quality issues Identifying problem root cause and implementing corrective and preventive measures to ensure no repetition Utilize functional support departments to resolve quality issues Identify and resolve Safety concerns: Bring multiple product lines together to meet the manufacturing plan for the week.
